The 2008 Honda TRX700XX is a very solid sport quad. I have ridden it twice since I purchased it last week and have found nothing I didn't like. Having only owned dirtbikes I didn't know what to expect from a 700cc "IRS" sport quad. The first thing I did notice was how mellow and easy to control the power is! I currently own a kx250 and have had 450's(keep two strokes alive) and this quad, though slower, is capable of all day rides without fatigue compared to my dirtbikes. I have put about 12 hours on my quad and during that time I never felt tired or like I needed a break. What makes this quad fun for me is that you are capable of riding it at high speeds for a long ammount of time. I purchased this quad for the desert and the sand dunes and that is exactly what it was meant for. I definitely recommend buying the Honda 700xx, but also take a look at the Yamaha Raptor 700. I really liked the Yamaha but for me the Honda felt more comfortable. Overall I am pleased with my purchase! This quad can be ridden in the trails, dunes, desert, on hill climbs, small MX track, and all in between. I got a great deal on my 08 700xx so I am sure you can too. Find the best deal you can and buy one!
